Halloween Bash Weekend
Saturday, October 30th - $30 per person
Sunday, October 31st - $145 Entry Fee for 4 people
Saturday (costumes are recommended)
Saturday will consist of boys and girls 12's, 14's, 16's and 18's. Girls 16's and 18's will begin at 8:30 AM. Girls 12's and 14's will begin at 9:30 AM. Boys 18's and 16's will begin at 10:30 AM. Boys 12's and 14's will begin at 11:00 AM. All kids under 18 must have signed a release form (only need one for the year). Due to the amount of teams we will have to limit division sizes. Early registration is highly recommended. Each player will receive pastries and Odwalla juice. Buffet lunch from Cafe El Palomar and drinks.
Halloween 4's (adults only)
Minimum of one woman per team. Maximum team of five players. Teams can be predetermined or drawn Saturday night at Cafe El Palomar at 9:00 PM. Tournament will be determined on amount of teams (double elimination or pool play). Saturday night we will run as a calcutta similar to the Dink and Drive event. Drawn teams will get points advantages. Costumes are not mandatory but are highly recommended (there will be prizes given for costumes). 24 teams are maximum number of teams we can take so sign up early please!!
- Event shirt will be given to every player.
- Thousands of dollars in cash, prizes and raffles.
- Entry into Friday and Saturday night players parties at Cafe El Palomar with a DJ and Crow's Nest with a live band.
- Includes beer, water, energy drinks, juice (Odwalla), vitamin water, pastries, and lunch.
- Saturday night October 30th (Calcutta party) at Cafe El Palomar starts at 9:00 PM. Drawing begins at 10:00 PM. 12:00 PM shot for all players (not there for the shot and team loses one point for each player not present). This is the time to bid for teams!!
- Sunday 9:00 AM Harbor Beach four person volleyball play begins (double elimination or pool play).
- Sunday night Cafe El Palomar/Crow's Nest party. Live band.
Winners are the team with the most accumulative points from volleyball (minus points for missed shot at 12:00 AM on Saturday night).
Number one team receives 24 points (in a 24 team event) for winning volleyball.
Last place team will receive one point. In between teams will receive points based on place. Second place teams will receive 23 points, thirds place will recieve 14 points, and so on.
